Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
with anchovies and laurel

n.24 Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
n.12 Fresh Anchovies
40g Fresh bread
Laurel 1 leaf for the bread and some others as garniture
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Whisk the fresh bread with a laurel leaf.
Wash and clean the anchovies, than spice them with salt and pepper.
Spread the anchovies with the whisked aromatized bread, add a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and roll the anchovies.
Put the anchovies in hot oven (220°C) for few minutes.
Serve with the Zero Olio® Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
